Product Introduction
The vibratory ball mill is a new type of high efficiency powder grinding equipment, including single jar, double jars and three jars models. The operation is simple and convenient, the work is reliable, easy to clean, and adapt to different working conditions. It can be used for wet and dry grinding without pollution.The stainless steel, ceramic, zirconia, glass block, nylon, PTFE, food standard rubber and polyurethane lining are available for customers to choose.
Working Principle
The vibratory ball mill consists of a shelf, a chassis, a vibration generator, a spring, a cylinder, a motor, and the like. When the machine is started, the motor-driven vibration generator generates continuous vibration, which makes the cylinder amplitude small and continuous high-frequency movement. Due to the rotation and relative motion of the grinding media, the material in the cylinder is often crushed, peeled and ground into a uniform powder.
Applications
The machine is widely used in electronics, ceramics, chemicals, powder metal, tungsten, calcium carbide, rubber compounds, magnetic materials and high-frequency ceramic materials as well as radio industry pharmaceuticals.
