Product Introduction 

YLK chemical safety cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the whole body is electrostatically sprayed with resin. Access Instructions for Hazardous Chemicals

1. The cabinet cannot be storaged for a long time.

2. The safety cabinet should be dedicated, and non-hazardous chemicals cannot be storaged in it.

3. The storage container should be in good condition.

4. The volatile corrosive gas should be tightly sealed with corks and placed on the upper layer in order to discharge.

5. It should be storaged in different layer or cabinet according to the chemical properties of oxidizing agent, reducing agent, strong acid, strong base, etc.

6. The hazardous chemicals with different characters should be stored separately.

7. It is strictly forbidden to store toxic cabinet together with inorganic oxidants and strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, etc.).

8. The safety cabinet must be kept by two person, including accessing, using and locking. It should be recorded truthly the access with real-name registration.

9. The hazardous chemicals that is stored for long time and must be scrapped, as well as the waste liquid in the liquid pan at the bottom of cabinet must be cleaned up in timely and destroyed at appointed location according to the hazardous chemical by a particular person. It can not directly poured into the sewer or ordinary trash cans.

10. In principle, flammable safety cabinet and toxic safety cabinet is only suitbale for short-term storage chemicals. If mixed storage, please be sure there is no chemical reaction between them. In order to ensure the safety cabinet working life, during the long holiday (more than 7 days), please keep ventilating, if not, please empty the cabinet.
